PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for service delivery in a mobile communication system wherein incoming mobile services can be delivered either via high fee mobile access or via low fee mobile or fixed access. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: associating calling-side two phone numbers to a user having a single subscription; defining specific mobility states wherein an incoming call targeted at a fixed service number can be routed; upon handling an incoming call, targeted at a "fixed service" phone number, determining the current mobility state of the called party; and if the current mobility state corresponds to one of the specific mobility states, routing the call to the called party but if the current mobility state does not correspond to one of the mobility states, rejecting the call or providing a service in replacement which does not need routing the call.
