PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate variance in positioning precision of a voice coil arranged in the center of a magnetic gap. SOLUTION: A vibrator includes a magnet 3 stacked in a yoke 2, a magnetic circuit unit 1 composed of a top plate 4, the voice coil 5 disposed in a gap (g) formed between the yoke 2 and top plate 4, a substrate 8 holding the voice coil 5, a first suspension 6 having a leaf spring 6c molded integrally with a cylindrical side wall portion 6a and a bottom portion 6b, a second suspension 9 which holds the magnetic circuit unit 1 and has one side insert-molded to a frame, a weight 10 fixed to an outer peripheral portion of the yoke, and a protector 11 which covers the first suspension 6. Positioning holes 8a, 4a, 2a, and 6d are bored in four members which are the substrate 8, top plate 4, yoke 2, and first suspension 6, and the voice coil 5 is arranged almost in the center of the magnetic gap (g) in each stage based upon the positioning holes.
