METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RELAY STATION TO FORWARD DOWNLINK SIGNAL

<p>A method for relay station to forward downlink signal includes the following steps: obtaining quality of downlink between MS and every relay station; determining a relay-station group to forward downlink signal based on the different quality of respective downlink; time-space encoding the downlink signal by every relay station in the group when the relay-station group includes multiple relay stations; and forwarding it to the MS at the same time. Another method for relay station to forward downlink signal includes the following steps: setting the number of relay stations to forward downlink signal as multiple; obtaining quality of downlink between MS and every relay station; determining a relay-station group to forward downlink signal based on the different quality of respective downlink and said number of relay stations; and time-space encoding the downlink signal by every relay station in the group, and forwarding it to the MS at the same time. A device for implementing said relay stations to forward downlink signal is also provided.</p>
