The system has a nozzle carrier (1) displaced between idle and operating positions though an opening in an external wall. The opening is closed in the idle position by a covering cap (3), and a lifting cylinder (7) is arranged in a holder (13), which is connected with the external wall. The holder allows an axial displacement of the cylinder only in a direction of a vehicle interior. An axial position of the cylinder is provided at the holder by a lifting piston (6) placed in the holder in the idle position, and a predetermined position of the cap is provided for the external wall.
