<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a communication device, a communication system and a communication method" excellent in usability, which can easily change the setting in a client side and accordingly reduce the labor of a user. <P>SOLUTION: Even if the setting of a client device 6 does not correspond to the setting of an access point 5 because of changes in setting of the access point 5, the setting information is transmitted to the client device 6.
