<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of maintaining a humidification capacity even when there are deposits on a humidification member, capable of easily carrying out cleaning, and capable of providing a high humidification capacity even by small energy input, in regard to a humidifier humidifying indoor air. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier is composed of a foam element 12 with inorganic material exposed in a surface, a water supplying means 15 to the foam element, an infrared ray generating source 13, and an air blowing means 14. By passing air introduced into the device by the air blowing means 14 through the foam element 12 having a cylindrical shape or a multiple structure, and passing the air through the foam element 12 at least two times, high humidification capacity can be exercised even by small energy input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
