PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work inevitable to use a rotary electric machine with power transmission mechanism. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine with power transmission mechanism is made easier to install and use by taking the following measure when it is installed: in an initial stage in which the output shaft of the rotary electric machine with power transmission mechanism and the input shaft of a machine mated therewith are fitted together, a hollow guide is added to the output shaft of the rotary electric machine.
