PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital transmitting device whose transmission delay is very small by using an ISM band and which transmits a highly reliable digital signal at high speed. SOLUTION: A plurality of transceivers 216a1 to 216an of an ISM band with different frequencies allocated thereto emit a high frequency signal modulated by the same or shared digital signals into space, the high frequency signal received by the plurality of transceivers 216b1 to 216bn of an ISM band with an opposing frequency allocated thereto is demodulated, and a signal distributing/selecting part 214b selects and outputs a normally received digital signal to thereby provide a digital signal transmitting device with little transmission delay and little transmission errors.
