PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional oscillator wherein an oscillated frequency of a generated oscillation signal is fluctuated because a combined capacitance associated with a transistor in an oscillation circuit is fluctuated. SOLUTION: The oscillator includes: a Colpitts oscillation circuit including a bipolar transistor and a crystal resonator and an oscillation capacitor connected in parallel with each other between the base of the bipolar transistor and a ground level and for generating an oscillation signal with an oscillation frequency specified by crystal resonator; and a multiple circuit including a coil and a capacitor connected in parallel with each other between the collector of the bipolar transistor and a power supply level, filtering a multiple signal with a multiple frequency being a multiple of the oscillation frequency, attached to the oscillation signal, and including a resistor connected in parallel or series with the coil.
