PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vinyl chloride copolymer resin, by copolymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer with a macromonomer having as its main chain a polymer comprised of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing a double bond, that leaves no residues of the macromonomer, exhibits excellent polymerization stability and is highly productive. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the vinyl chloride copolymer resin comprises copolymerizing the vinyl chloride monomer with the macromonomer having as its main chain a polymer comprised of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing a double bond, where the vinyl chloride monomer and the macromonomer having as its main chain a polymer comprised of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing a double bond are uniformly mixed at a temperature of not lower than 10°C and not higher than 60°C with concurrent feed thereof into a polymerization reactor and then the copolymerization reaction is started.
