摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply and cheaply manufacturing an inorganic foamed heat-insulating material which is even in quality and has fire-resistant incombustibility, lightness and superior heat insulating property. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, a molding device is constituted of a mold and a molding lid hermetically closing the mold, which are formed of a ferrous or nonferrous metal raw material and formed into a required dimension and shape; and a releasing mold and releasing lid, which are attached to the inside of the mold and consist of a tetrafluoroethylene raw material, or a junction mold and junction lid which consist of an aluminum foil raw material and are attached to the inside of the mold; after a siloxane and silanol salt multimolecular solution are injected to the mold, the mold is transferred, heated at a temperature of 180-350°C by high frequency induction heating to foam and mold the inorganic foamed heat-insulating plate material, then it is released from the mold after being annealed and released from clamping.
