<p>A vacuum/low-pressure condenser (VLPC) (3) fits above a closed first liquid container (CFLC) (1) filled with water, in which there are one or more buoyancy/lifting containers (2). The CFLC and VLPC are separated by a flexible membrane (5). Low-pressure/vacuum is generated in the VLPC. The CFLC is filled with water up to a bottom water-level line. Water is brought to a high temperature.</p>
