<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform return from a low power consumption state responding to a request from other devices connected through a network in a simple structure, as well as saving of power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a communication means performing communications with other devices connected through the network and an application system means including at least one application means.
