PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active inductance circuit which has improved distortion characteristics in a low power supply voltage state, then, can be stably operated, and can be designed with high degree of freedom. SOLUTION: The active inductance circuit is constituted of: a differential 90-degree phase shifter 130 formed by adding a capacitor (capacitor 108) to a high impedance part of a high impedance circuit in which negative resistance is feedbacked to positive resistance; a first differential pair circuit 140 for converting an input signal into current to cause the current flow to the 90-degree phase shifter 130; and a second differential pair circuit 150 for converting an output voltage of the 90-degree phase shifter 130 into current to return the current to the input side of the phase shifter 130, wherein impedance viewing from the input side of the 90-degree phase shifter 130 is operated as inductance of a two-terminal.
