PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lidded carton capable of improving strength of a rear side plate without sticking it and surely standing the rear side plate with a lid plate open. SOLUTION: The lidded carton includes a carton body 1 having left and right side plates 11, 12, 13 and 14 along four sides of a bottom plate 10, and front and rear side plates 20, 22 and 24 and formed like a box, and the lid plate 2 connected with the rear side plate 24 for lidding to cover an upper surface opening of the carton body 1. It has folding plates 27 connected with both sides of the left and right side plates 11, 12, 13 and 14 and both sides of the rear side plate 24 respectively via creases and two-divided via a crease from each corner of the bottom plate 10.
