PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue positioning of high precision, even when a reception condition is varied by an effect of a multipath, a CW noise or the like, while restraining a processing load in a control system. SOLUTION: A GPS receiver includes a difference calculation means for calculating a difference between a clock offset value calculated in the positioning and a prescribed reference value, and a combination changing means for changing a combination of GPS satellites used in the positioning, when the difference calculated by the difference calculation means is larger than a prescribed value.
