PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a system for optimizing a bulk container vehicle patrol route so that pressure in a liquid fuel storage tank arranged in a plurality of liquid fuel storage facilities, can be held in limit pressure or less, without uselessly consuming energy. SOLUTION: This system has an operation plan database 110 storing operation plan data 111 of the liquid fuel storage tank, a consumption database 120 storing consumption data 121 of liquid fuel stored in the liquid fuel storage tank, a boil-off gas generation quantity database 130 storing boil-off gas generation quantity data 131, a moving cost database 140 storing moving cost when a bulk container vehicle moves between the liquid fuel storage facilities, and a patrol route optimizing means 180 making an optimal patrol route on the basis of an operation plan, consumption, a boil-off gas generation quantity and the moving cost.
