PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure without difficulty for preventing sticking of foreign matter in a corner part and also for easier cleaning. SOLUTION: The interior facing panel structure has an interior facing panel installed along a corner part for crossing a wall surface A and a floor surface C. The interior facing panel includes a fixing part 7 composed of a fixing piece 7a which is fixed on a vertical plane of a wall-surface-side backing material and a guide piece 7b which is bent in a horizontal direction from the bottom edge of the fixing piece 7a and is placed on an edge portion of a lower base extended like a modesty panel at the bottom of the wall surface while placing the panel to be mounted on the wall surface. Furthermore the panel includes a flat plate part 8 composed of a vertical plate 8a which is bent at a right angle from the tip end of the guide piece 7b of the fixing part 7 along the front face of the corner part of the lower base of the wall surface and an inclined plate 8b which is bent at an obtuse angle and extended from the tip end of the vertical plate 8a to the floor surface.
