PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic that has excellent make-up lasting quality and emulsion stability, does not cause an oozing-out phenomenon of an outer oil phase especially in a tube container and has extremely excellent stability. SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic comprises an alkyl-modified silicone, a crosslinking type organopolysiloxane polymer, dimethiconol, a polyhydric alcohol and water in a specific ratio.
