摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce running cost by securing hot water quantity of minimum requirement even in the case of adopting a compact storage tank and by lowering a boiling rate in daytime hours when electricity rate is high.

SOLUTION: The storage type hot water supplier has a remaining hot water quantity calculation means 31 for calculating the quantity of hot water remaining in the storage tank 1 and a remaining hot water quantity setting means 38 for setting a start remaining hot water quantity for determination of start of a hot water shortage boiling operation to be an arbitral value for respective hours. A heating means 14 is controlled to start based on the start hot water remaining quantity set by the hot water remaining quantity setting means 38 and the hot water remaining quantity calculated by the remaining hot water quantity calculation means 31.
