<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a light-emitting module with improved light utilization efficiency, its manufacturing method, and a display device equipped with it. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting module 5 includes a light guide body 10, a light-emitting body 20, and phosphor 25. The light guide body has grooves 14 formed. The light-emitting body is arranged at a part of an area of the groove to irradiate a first light. The phosphor is integrated into the rest of the area of the groove to irradiate a second light with a different wavelength from that of the first light on an inner side face of the groove in response to the first light. Therefore, a loss volume of the first light and the second light is decreased to improve light utilization efficiency of the light-emitting module resulting in decrease of power consumption of the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
