PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print processing system for efficiently applying scan processing to films ejected to a stocker without being automatically inserted to a scanner without the need for troublesome order information inputs when the scan processing is executed in the case that, e.g. errors take place or interruption processing (processing of reprint order) is executed on the way of consecutive execution of development processing and the scan processing in an automatic mode. SOLUTION: The print processing system 1 includes: a film processor FP; a film scanner FS; , a print generating apparatus PA, an entry means 100 for receiving inputs of order information; an order information management means 300 for storing at least an order state of the order information to a storage means in cross reference with the order information; a manual scan execution instruction means 302 for instructing manual insertion and scan processing; a processing state judgement means 303 for judging a processing state of the film scanner; and a control section for permitting the manual insertion of the film.
