The unit is assembled of a carrying element (10), a caliper, a brake disk and a guiding bolt (40). The brake carrier (10) has an opening (26) for the insertion of a flange bushing (28) with a straight segment (32) at the edge of the flange (30) for being positioned close to a rib (34) at the carrier (10). A cylinder bolt (14) is screwed into the flange bushing (28) and accommodated inside a guiding bolt (40) with a complementary threaded inner surface.
