PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for measuring the transmission/reflection spectrum of a visible light region on a reaction of a polymer solution or organic compound solution, and to provide a method for controlling the reaction by the technique. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the transmittance, reflectance or absorbance of a visible light region on a reaction of a polymer solution or organic compound solution, and the reaction is controlled with a value obtained by the measurement method.
