PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic spatial frequency division multiplex communication system and method therefor. SOLUTION: The dynamic spatial frequency division multiplex communication system is provided with a base station, which acquires control information for a space/frequency mapping system to map user terminals on a space and frequency by executing optimization calculation while utilizing an optimization equation; and a plurality of the user terminals for controlling a transmission system of a transmitter by utilizing the control information after receiving it. The method includes a step in which the base station acquires the control information for the space/frequency mapping system to map the user terminals on the space and frequency by executing the optimization calculation while utilizing the optimization equation, and a step in which the user terminals control the transmission system of the transmitter by utilizing the control information after receiving it. The dynamic spatial frequency division multiplex communication system and method improve a utilization factor of frequency resources, while achieving a high system capacity by balancing resource assignments between different users in each region of transmission power, a bandwidth, and a spatial channel.
