<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate movement of a vehicle or the like when a driver forgets operation of a side brake and stopping operation of a switch or the like when the driver is left from the driver's seat by urgent business in an extremely short time during driving of the movement heavy industrial machine, the vehicle or the like or when the driver is left or fallen from a driver's seat by sudden illness or the like during driving and further even when a child rides on an automobile or the like, being in mischief at the driver's seat and erroneously operates switches and the side brake. <P>SOLUTION: A weight sensor or the like is attached to the driver's seat and a weight setting device is provided so as not to move a vehicle when the weight sensor does not show 50 kg or more. When the driver to be set to the weight of the driver does not suddenly exist, when the weight sensor does not detect it, the automobile, the lift, the traveling heavy machine, the vehicle or the like is automatically locked to apply braking or the like. Further, when the child with light weight sits on the driver's seat in the automobile or the like, even when the child erroneously touches a lever or the like and releases the side brake or the like, since the weight sensor or the like does not detect it and unlocking is not performed even if the switch or the like is touched, thus the vehicle or the like is not moved and safety is obtained to the maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
