Management system for credit resources and payments through digital networks for electronic game machines, especially in relation to bingo, that permits the incorporation of different means of bet purchasing for the development of the game based on the validation of the identity of the player in question and the management of his account of personal credit. It includes a cash account processing unit (3) that accepts the means of payment of said players (8), who are identified with said mediums of identification (2) in a credit terminal (1), the total amount of said means of payment being incorporated to a game account for each player (8), that enabling said players (8) to place bets in any machine of the digital network of the game.
