A polymer resin composition having resistance to epoxy paints is provided to minimize mechanical property resistance by epoxy paints and to extend service life of electric wires or interior materials for ships to be frequently exposed to epoxy paints. The polymer resin composition having resistance to epoxy paints comprises a polyvinylchloride resin as a base resin, 30-80 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 1-15 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 10-150 parts by weight of a flame retardant, 1-50 parts by weight of a flame retarding aid, 3-100 parts by weight of fillers, and 1-50 parts by weight of a polar polymer resin, based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin.
