A method for fabricating a bracket for assembling components of a small electronic device and the bracket are provided to firmly fix a boss by preventing the damage of a caulking part due to vibration or an impact in fixing or using fixed components and to effectively combine a plate and a boss according to caulking process even though the size of boss is small. A piercing hole is formed on a plate. An inner diameter of the piercing hole is deformed into a different piercing hole. A boss is combined in the different piercing hole of the plate and caulked so that the plate and the boss can be integrated.
