A golf exercising device having improved durability is provided to reduce friction resistance between a piston and a main cylinder by installing a lubricating hydraulic chamber at the inner side of a couple of pistons. The golf exercising device includes a couple of main cylinders(10), a moving block(20), plural inclination control cylinders, a couple of hydraulic chamber molding blocks(40), a lubricating hydraulic chamber(50) and a bypass pipe(60). The moving block(20) is integrally connected to a rod(12) of the main cylinder and moves horizontally along a screws shaft rotating by the operation of a motor to give a moving force to the rod(12). A lubricating fluid is filled into the lubricating hydraulic chamber(50) formed between the hydraulic chamber molding block(40) and the piston(11).
