<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize such a structure that an inner ring 11 is fitted on and secured to a partner member like a rotary shaft by interference-fitting so as to increase fastening force at a fitting part of the inner ring 11 and the partner member and to prevent a variation in fastening force. <P>SOLUTION: The generating line of an inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 11 has a concave shape. End edges of the shape of the generating line are protruded more inwardly in the radial direction than a portion more adjacent to the center than the end edges. An error h of the shape of the generating line is set to be not more than 0.3 μm. Thus, when fitting the inner ring 11 on the partner member, the end edges of the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 11 scrape excessive oil adhering to a surface of the partner member.
