<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAS (computer assisted surgery) input device which allows personnel to control a CAS device during a surgical operation. <P>SOLUTION: A computer assisted surgery system 10 includes a display 16 for visual rendering of surgical data, a processor 22 for receiving a control signal and performing operations associated with the control signal and for controlling the surgical data rendered by the display 16, and a wearable input device 18 in communication with the processor 22.
