<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the empty capacity of the interconnection line of a power company in a complicate calculation section by the utilization capacity schedule, operation capacity and margin of a plurality of interconnection lines presented by a system user. <P>SOLUTION: The system for calculating the empty capacity of an interconnection line comprises an operation capacity DB for storing the operation capacity in a calculation section predetermined for a plurality of target interconnection lines, a margin DB for storing the margin in the predetermined calculation section, a utilization capacity schedule DB for storing the utilization capacity schedule of a system user utilizing the interconnection line for every predetermined calculation section, a means for calculating the operation capacity of each interconnection line in the calculation section of empty capacity from the operation capacity DB, a means for calculating the margin of each interconnection line in the calculation section of empty capacity from the margin DB, a means for calculating the utilization capacity schedule of each interconnection line in the calculation section of empty capacity from the utilization capacity schedule DB, and a means for calculating the empty capacity of each interconnection line for every calculation section of empty capacity by using the operation capacity, margin and schedule power flow thus calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
