<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment system applicable to treatments by infrared laser light in addition to treatments by visible laser light, using a fiber laser light source. <P>SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment system is equipped with a laser light source discharging infrared laser light by excited light from a pumping source, a wavelength tuner for tuning infrared laser light with standard wave from the laser light source into visible laser light, and a visible light guiding optical system for guiding the visible laser light, whose wavelength has been tuned with the tuner, for irradiating patients' eyes with it. In this device, are provided an optical path switching device for switching the optical path of infrared laser light discharged from the laser light source from the optical path of visible laser light whose wavelength is tuned with the tuner, an infrared light guiding optical system for guiding the infrared laser light switched by an optical path switching means to irradiate the patients' eyes, and a mode selection means for selecting a visible light treatment mode or an infrared light treatment mode.
