<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of a runner and to dispense with replacement of the whole runner when a part of a runner blade is broken. <P>SOLUTION: A cross flow turbine 1 comprises a conduit pipe 2 leading in flowing water from a waterway, and the runner 3 supported by a rotating shaft 4 and rotated receiving the flowing water led in through the conduit pipe 2. The runner 3 comprises two side plates 6 arranged facing each other, and a plurality of blade units 7 having a plurality of runner blades 5 and two base members 8 supporting both ends of the plurality of runner blades 5. The plurality of blade units 7 are arranged between the two side plates 6 arranged facing each other, along the circumferential direction of the side plates, and the side plates 6 and the base members 8 are fixed by bolts 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
