<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vacuum heat insulation material capable of reducing sealing failure. <P>SOLUTION: Sealability is improved by expanding a seal width, by thermally welding an inner peripheral side non-seal part 27 of a seal part 26, by adding heat required for melting a thermal welding layer in the non-seal part 27 of bringing mutual casing materials into close contact under atmospheric pressure, in a noncontact state to the vacuum heat insulation material 22 having the seal part 26 sealed by thermal welding in the outer periphery of an outer peripheral fin part 25 of the casing material 23, by decompressing the inside of the casing material 23 by covering a core material 24 with the casing material 23 composed of a gas barrier laminate film having the thermal welding layer on an inner surface, and the non-seal part 27 without being thermally welded only by bringing the mutual casing materials 3 into close contact with the inner peripheral side of the seal part 26 under the atmospheric pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
