<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material having a wide thermal welding range, improving sealability, and having long-term reliability, even when using a relatively thick core material. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating material 22 has an outer peripheral fin part 25 on the outer periphery of the core material 24, by decompressing the inside of a casing material 23 by covering the core material 24 with two casing materials 23 composed of a gas barrier laminate film having a thermal welding layer on an inner surface. Since the outer peripheral fin part 25 has a seal part 26 of thermally welding an outer peripheral part of the casing material 23 by receiving a press by a member and a close contact seal part 27 thermally welded by using differential pressure between external pressure and internal pressure of the vacuum heat insulating material 22 without receiving the press by the member to the whole parts of bringing the mutual casing materials 23 into close contact on the inner peripheral side of the seal part 26, the thermal welding range is expanded, and a seal width is expanded, and the sealability is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
