<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic adjusting system for on-vehicle equipment capable of automatically adjusting on-vehicle equipment to be adjusted according to an external environment according to the external environment. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a raindrop sensor 4 for detecting an event in the external environment of a vehicle and a data base 5 for storing adjusting contents when an operation of a wiper device 3 is adjusted by an operation of a user and rain amount detected by the raindrop sensor 4 by associating the contents with the rain amount. Based on the stored contents of the data base 5, operation contents of the wiper device 3 according to the rain amount detected by the raindrop sensor 4 is calculated by an ECU 1.
