PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe which uniformly exerts a force, which is required for the welding between another member, on the entire surface of a flange part even if a pipe body is constituted so that it crosses a part of the upper part of the flange part. SOLUTION: The flange part 12 of the resin pipe 10 is integrally formed with the outer edge of the lower end of the J-shaped pipe body 11, namely the lower end of a bending pipe 11b, which consists of a horizontal pipe part 11a and the bending pipe 11b. Then a welding rib 12a is formed in a circular shape on the undersurface of the flange part 12. A pushing rib 13 is integrally formed with the upper part of the outer surface of the upper half of the horizontal pipe part 11a of the pipe body 11 and with the lower part of the outer surface of the lower half. The pushing rib 13 is positioned in the vertical direction of the top surface of the flange part 12, and the top end of the pushing rib 13 is a flat surface 13a. The welding rib 12a of the undersurface of the flange part 12 is melted by receiving feeble vibration in the horizontal direction while pushing the top surface of the flange part 12 and the flat surface 13a of the pushing rib 13, and the resin pipe 10 is joined by melting with a member at the other end.
