PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal brilliant silver foil enhanced in weatherability, solvent resistance or the like and having excellent design properties, and a silver powder. SOLUTION: The metal brilliant silver foil is constituted by coating both sides of foliated silver foil with a thickness of 0.1-2μm with color coating layers same in composition and thickness. Each of the color coating layer is a transparent layer with a thickness of 5μm or below based on a thermosetting resin and containing 0.1-5 wt.% of a color pigment.
