摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image of high precision when a radiation image is acquired as an imaging target remains stationary by determining a high S/N ratio without forming the afterimage based on the time lag quantity of the radiation detecting signal generated as the imaging target remains mobile. SOLUTION: This radiation imaging apparatus includes a time lag removing part 11 wherein only the time lag quantity as a substrate B remains mobile and stationary in the time lag between the mobile and stationary states of a substrate B contained in the X-ray detection signal taken out of an A/D converter 5 as the substrate B remains stationary is set corresponding to the impulse response constituted of a single or a plurality of index functions different in attenuation time constant and removed from an X-ray detection signal by recurrence operational processing.
