A coil separation apparatus for a waste transformer is provided to separate coils wound on a core by including a cutting blade on a reception hole formed in a bed. A coil separation apparatus(1) for a waste transformer(100) includes a bed(20), a frame structure, a cutting blade(40), a penetrating member(30), and a control unit. An reception hole(21) is longer than the length of a coil wound on an external diameter of a core and shorter than the length of the core. The bed(20) has the reception hole(21) perpendicularly penetrated and formed on a center of a body of the bed(20). The frame structure supports the bed(20) to separate the bed(20) from the ground. The cutting blade(40) cuts a coil(120) of the waste transformer(100) penetrated and positioned on a low surface of the reception hole(21). The penetrating member(30) penetrates the cutting blade(40). The control unit controls the drive of the penetrating member(30).
