A wireless controlling system with a sensor is provided to improve convenience of a user by measuring user's health information in real time and automatically operating a related electronic appliance according to the measured information. A wireless controlling system with a sensor includes a master apparatus(10), and a slave apparatus(20,30,40,50). The master apparatus(10) has a plurality of sensors for measuring health information, a displaying unit displaying the measured health information, a memory unit storing the health information, an RF inputting/outputting unit modulating the health information to wireless signals and transmitting the signals to the slave apparatus(20,30,40,50), an inputting button, and a controlling unit controlling each component, and measures the health information by being attached to a user's body. The slave apparatus(20,30,40,50) is installed at a control object appliance including at least one among a cooling and heating device, a humidifier, and an illuminator, includes a displaying unit displaying the operating information of the control object appliance, a memory unit storing the operating information, an RF inputting/outputting unit receiving the wireless signals from the master apparatus(10), an inputting button inputting all kinds of setting in the slave apparatus(20,30,40,50), and a controlling unit controlling each component, and drives the control object appliance according to the health information received from the master apparatus(10).
