A sound absorbing soundproofed wall is provided to secure a rear view and to absorb/cut off noise simultaneously by installing triangular sound absorbing beams between posts installed on the edge of a road at regular intervals to have view gaps. The sound absorbing soundproofed wall for securing a view contains many sound absorbing beams(100) formed in a triangular post structure, installed on the ground at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of a road to have view gaps having a size of 2.8~8mm between sound absorbing beams for securing a rear view and provided with many holes(110) for absorbing noise and noise guide pieces(130,140) for keeping the distance between view gaps or guiding noise, and a sound absorbing beam fixture(300) locating the sound absorbing beams between posts(200) and comprising upper and lower guide members(320,340) provided with many sound absorbing beam guide grooves(322,342) for fitting the top and bottom of the sound absorbing beams and a post coupling member(360) provided with an opening groove(362) for coupling the end of the upper and lower guide members.
