A sliding type cover of a common utility duct is provided to shorten working hours relatively and to inspect a common utility duct with low manpower by opening and closing on the top of a common utility duct in a sliding type. The sliding type cover of a common utility duct comprises a frame(110) provided with a C-shaped rail galvanized to prevent corrosion, an opening(112) opened at one side, plural anchors(111) projected longitudinally at regular intervals, an insertion(113) fitted with a cover, an extension panel(114) extended vertically from the bottom of the opening, a locking ring(115) formed on the extension panel and a hanging bar(116) fitted with a secondary bend of a cover to prevent a forward movement of the cover and to rotate a cover, and installed to an end projection of a common utility duct to make the opening face a road, and a cover(120) formed in a rectangular shape with galvanized metal to slide in the frame and provided with an L-shaped primary bend(121), a C-shaped secondary bend(122), wheels(123) installed to each bottom of the primary bend and the secondary bend, a ring handle(124) formed on the side of the primary bend, a lock(125) installed to the bottom of the ring handle and coupled with the locking ring, a skid-proof projection(126) projected to the top of the cover in a line or dot type, a reflective tape(127) attached between skid-proof projections to guide an inspector's eyes, a deformation preventive rib formed on the bottom of the cover to prevent deformation and to resist load and an insulating material attached to the bottom of the cover by adhesives to cut off heat.
