<p>The manufacturing of a toothed wheel made of a pressed and sintered powder metal blank (1) with allowance in the area of the toothing, comprises compressing the powder metal blanks by unwinding a compression tool (7) under a plastic deformation. The compression tool forms a counter toothing intervening in the toothing of the powder metal blank. The profile rollers (8) produced by the axial unwinding of the tool in the direction of the metal blank (1) are compressed simultaneously over the entire circumference. The profile rollers with a given slip unwind off on the metal blanks. An independent claim is included for a device for manufacturing a toothed wheel with a holder.</p> |
