<p>The device (1) has a flexible connection (20) attached to an end of a seat tube (2) and is attached at another end to a hook (25). The hook has an articulated point (29) which projects with respect to a body of the hook. The hook is removed with respect to the body by being placed in a slit of the hook, where the hook is engaged and placed inside a cylinder (39). The point projects and prohibits the removal of the hook from the cylinder when the bicycle is in normal position. The point is removed and permits removal of hook from the cylinder when the bicycle is in reverse position.</p>
