The method involves storing information transmitted by communication equipments e.g. personal digital assistant, in an electronic radiofrequency identification tag (10) of a service tray (1). The information is associated with determined actions to be performed, and comprises a clock signal and an identifier of each equipment. The information contained in the tag is discharged by a reading equipment so as to establish complete historical information on the performed actions. The discharged information is compared with referential information by a central storage/processing unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a service tray comprising a memory (2) a tray carrying trolley comprising a radiofrequency transmitter or receiver.
