METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING VOICE DATA USING WIRELESS LAN AND BLUETOOTH

A method for transmitting voice data by using a WLAN(Wireless LAN) and a Bluetooth communication and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to make a voice call connection via a headset wirelessly connected with a terminal by efficiently managing a resource of the WLAN and the Bluetooth using the same frequency band. A system for transmitting voice data by using a WLAN(Wireless LAN) and a Bluetooth communication comprises a Bluetooth baseband processor(12), a WLAN baseband processor(13), an RF circuit(14), an antenna(15), and a resource scheduler(11). The WLAN baseband processor(13) transmits or receives data to or from the Bluetooth baseband processor(12). The RF circuit(14) is connected to the Bluetooth baseband processor(12) and the WLAN baseband processor(13). The antenna(15) is connected to the RF circuit(14). The resource scheduler(11) controls cyclic transmission and receipt of the Bluetooth baseband processor(12), and transmission and receipt of the WLAN baseband processor by using a period when the Bluetooth baseband processor(12) does not make the transmission or the receipt. The WLAN baseband processor(13) transmits a PS(Power Save) poll frame to an AP and receives data from the AP while the Bluetooth baseband does not make the transmission or the receipt in order to make the receipt.
