An elastic adhesion device for a railway turnout is provided to adhere tongue rails closely to base rails by pushing tongue rails toward base rails using repulsive force of a spring and to separate base rails and tongue rails on the opposite side. The invention relates to an elastic adhesion device for a railway turnout for making a spring exceed the neutral position by a connector when converting tongue rails and adhering the tongue rails closely to base rails automatically by repulsive force of the spring, which comprises a pair of base rails(R) installed on many sleepers in the direction of a bridge axis, a pair of tongue rails(T) separated and adhered to the inside of the base rails at regular intervals, a connector(J) coupled with the base rails and the tongue rails, a connector connecting rod located and fixed on the upper part of the connector, an upper plate fixed on the sleeper at a certain distance from the connector, a crank coupled to one side of the connector connecting rod and located on the upper plate, a connecting pipe coupled to the other side of the crank and located on the upper plate, a spring inserted to the connecting pipe, a control rod coupled to one side of the spring, and a connecting rod coupled to the control rod.
